Join Voces Unidas for a celebration of the Winter Solstice on Friday, December 19th at Love Letter Coffee in McAllen.
The event will feature art works from past events by some of our collaborators, as well as a Photo Voice gallery by our Sembramos y Florecemos Fellows. We will be joined by Liza Rivera (Cosmic Chrysalis), who will guide us in a candle light ceremony to usher in the New Year, and we will close out the night dancing with music by DJ Mexican Boyfriend.
Complimentary wine and light refreshments will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

Our Círculos are a series of self-directed group sessions providing space for individuals to share their stories, process grief/trauma, dream together, and build connections. These circles are grounded in cultural traditions, incorporating practices such as storytelling, collective visioning, music, movement, and art-making.
